Doctot Dementia is a suite of the most widely used clinician-administered assessment scales relevant to the treatment of Cognitive Impairment and Dementia. Containing the latest and most innovative gesture-driven controls and interface components, this App works with a HCP throughout the process.

The Interactive Scales incorporated within Doctot Dementia include:
- Standardised Mini-Mental State Examination (s-MMSE)
- qMCI (Quick Mild Cognitive Impairment score)
- qADL (Quick Activities of Daily Living assessment)
- MTS (Abbreviated Mental Test Score)
- GDS (Geriatric Depression Score)
- Short IQ Code
- qBehaviour (Quick Behaviour assessment)
- qDepression (Quick Depression assessment)
- Clock Draw Test

Each assessment scale is presented in a wizard format so the user can easily navigate through the interview components to record a patients status. Assistance is also provided with each assessment where required. This includes:
- Additional Information on how to perform a Scale item,
- Automatic Calculation of certain Operations (e.g. calculating the spelling of a word backwards), and
- Visual Aids (e.g. images for patients to identify).

The tool automatically generates the scale total and categorises this score, based on the users input. Each scale has an "Information" section to provide the user with background details. A "Help" section is also included to help use the tool.

In addition, Functionality is included for:
- Patient Results Management
- Automatic Email Generation of each patient assessment result
- Preference Settings for the various assessments
- PIN Protection

Doctot Dementias content was largely provided through the generous contribution of Prof. William Molloy, Chair of the Centre of Gerontology and Rehabilitation, UCC, Cork, Ireland.
